The goal was to move into the digital future with expertise and clarity from the very beginning. Christian Büttner already brought experience from self-managing his own vacation apartments, a good foundation that ZAHC expanded with targeted know-how and structured project management. 2 ### PMS Implementation Together, we realized the implementation of the cloud-based Property Management System Mews. The vision: a modern, lean, and powerful hotel software landscape. Despite the tight timeframe, we succeeded in efficiently configuring the system, optimizing processes, and building a sustainable digital structure including automated payment processing, clear workflows, and a solid data foundation for strategic decisions. 3 ### Training & Education The project phases included not only technical implementation but also intensive training and workshops for the entire team. Special attention was given to revenue management, distribution, guest journey, and reporting areas. The team approached every task with diligence, curiosity, and an open mind. 4 ### Go-Live & Success Successful launch with a digital setup that is maximally automated without losing sight of the guest.
