Project duration and effort vary depending on complexity, hotel size and your digital requirements. After the initial consultation, you will receive a realistic time estimate and a transparent project plan.

We work with transparent hourly rates for consulting and create individual proposals for each project.

Our transparent consulting model:

  • Free Initial Consultation: Comprehensive needs analysis and project scope definition
  • Transparent Calculation: Detailed effort estimation based on project size

100% independent consulting: We work commission-free – you pay exclusively for our neutral expertise.

Yes, 100% independent hotel software consulting! As a neutral software consultant, we receive:

  • ❌ No commissions from vendors
  • ❌ No referral fees for hotel software
  • ❌ No hidden costs
  • ✅ Exclusively transparent consulting fees from our clients

This 100% independence enables us to advise exclusively in your interest and find the truly best solution for your hotel.

There is no single best software – only the best solution for your specific needs. Each vendor has different strengths for different property types.

Critical decision factors for software selection:

  • Property Type and Size: City hotel, resort, boutique hotel, hotel chain, serviced apartments, etc.
  • Budget Framework: Acquisition and ongoing operational costs
  • Existing Systems: Integration into current software landscape
  • Technical Affinity: Cloud-based vs. on-premise, API requirements
  • Future Plans: Expansion, new services, desired digitalization level
  • Support Requirements: Language, availability, training scope

This is exactly why independent software consulting is important – we know the software vendors in the tourism sector and find the solution that fits you 100%.

Absolutely YES! Small properties also benefit from professional revenue management software:

  • Concrete Revenue Increase: Based on our project experience, hotels often increase their RevPAR by 8–15% in the first year
  • Optimized Occupancy: Intelligent pricing across all seasons
  • Competitive Advantage: Data-driven instead of gut-feeling room rates
  • Time Savings: Automated price adjustments relieve the team
  • Professional Appearance: Dynamic pricing like major chains

Modern revenue management tools are now affordable and user-friendly for smaller properties too. The investment in an RMS (Revenue Management System) usually pays off within a few months.

We help with selecting the right revenue management system and optimal setup for your property.

Risk minimization through structured change management is a core component of our software implementation consulting:

  • Detailed Preparation: Comprehensive analysis and project planning before migration
  • Proof of Concept: Extensive software testing before final decision
  • Phased Migration: Step-by-step transition instead of risky "big bang"
  • Comprehensive Data Backup: Multiple backups of all critical data
  • Intensive Staff Training: Comprehensive training for all team members
  • Go-Live Support: Intensive support during the critical transition phase

Our goal: Through professional software project management, minimize downtime and ensure a smooth transition.

There is no generic timeline for a PMS migration – and anyone who gives you one without knowing your property is not advising you seriously. The duration depends on too many factors.

What significantly influences project duration:

  • The chosen system: Cloud-based solutions are generally faster to implement than on-premise systems
  • Number and complexity of interfaces: Channel manager, RMS, payment providers, POS systems – every integration takes time
  • Available resources on the hotel side: How much capacity the team can dedicate to the project is often the deciding factor
  • Data migration: Quality and scope of existing data to be transferred
  • Number of properties: Multi-property rollouts require their own planning approach

Based on our experience from over 60 accompanied projects, we develop a realistic project plan with clear milestones and a go-live date that works with your hotel's day-to-day operations.

A channel manager is software that automatically and in real time synchronizes your hotel's availability and rates across all connected booking portals – for example Booking.com, Expedia, HRS or your own hotel website.

Without a channel manager, availability and rates need to be manually updated on each portal separately. This not only costs valuable time, but also significantly increases the risk of double bookings.

Do I need a channel manager?

  • Yes, if you are active on more than one booking portal
  • Yes, if you want to make rate changes flexibly and quickly
  • Yes, if you want to reliably avoid double bookings
  • Yes, if you spend hours each week on manual updates

Most modern PMS systems either include an integrated channel manager or connect seamlessly with leading providers like SiteMinder. Which solution fits your property best is something we work out together in the consulting process.

Yes, remote consulting for software migrations is just as effective – and often even more efficient! Our experience from many digitalized hotels shows that digital consulting offers decisive advantages.

Why remote consulting works so well for hotel software:

  • Screen-sharing & live demos: We can show software functions in real time and test them together
  • Direct system integration: Many PMS systems are cloud-based – perfect for remote access
  • Fast problem solving: Spontaneous support sessions without travel time
  • Flexible scheduling: Training sessions possible outside business hours
  • Cost efficiency: No travel or accommodation costs – the budget goes directly into consulting
  • Recordings possible: Training sessions can be documented for future staff onboarding

When on-site appointments make sense: Kick-off workshops to get to know the team and your property better, or when the team needs intensive personal support.

Hybrid approach: Many of our clients combine remote consulting with targeted on-site appointments.

Through modern tools, remote consulting today is just as personal and interactive as a physical meeting – with maximum flexibility for your hotel.
